Our restaurant originally operated as an eel farm, and my predecessor opened this establishment so that customers could enjoy eel in a more delicious way within the restaurant.Grilled eel, prepared with a traditional sauce passed down from the previous generation.The eels are prepared in-house, grilled without sauce, and then carefully grilled one by one with kabayaki sauce.Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.Please try it at least once.
